Yawancin mata rashin kula da kai da rashin sanin irin abubuwan da yakamata su dinga ci domin samun dauwamammiyar ni’ima a jikinsu don samun gamsuwar kawunansu da jin dadin mazajen shi ke haifar mu su da.matsalar daukewar ni’ima da kuma daukewar sha’awa. Wasu kuma su kan kamu da ‘toilet infection’ ne saboda rashin tsaftar bandaki, wasu ba sa taba kula da gyaran bandakinsu, wasu kuma su kan dauka a bandakin hadaka..
Abubuwan da ya kamata mu mata mu dinga ci, domin karuwar ni’imar jikinmu da da jin dadin mazajenmu:-
A na son mace ta dinga cin daya ko biyu daga cikin wadannan abubuwan kullum a rana; a cikinsu akwai abubuwa masu saukin kudi wadanda duk rashin hadi ki ko rashin halin maigida, zai iya siya, kuma wadannan abubuwa su na kara lafiya da kuzari a jikkunan aluUmma kuma garkuwa ne ga kamuwa da wasu cutukan.
Haka kuma ya na karawa mata ni”ima da jin dadi wajen mazajensu. Wadannan ba wasu abubuwa ba ne illa: Kankana, Ayaba ,Gwanda, Goba, Lemo, Tumatir, Rake, Aya, Kwakwa, Dafaffiyar gyada, Zuma, Nono, Madara, Madarar Shanu, Gurji, Dabino, Chukwi, Zogale, Ruman, Inibi, Tuffa, Zaitun. Misali yau idan ki ka sami jikakkiyar ayarki ki ka ci, gobe ki sami raken ki ki sha, jibi ki sami nunannun tumatur dinki manya guda biyu ko uku ki shanye, gata ki sha kankana ko nono.
Ki dinga cin abu kala biyu a cikinsu, to wallahi Ina tabbatar mi ki banda ni’ima, hatta fatar jikinki sai ta murje ta goge ta yi kyau. Sannan wasu daga cikin su a na shan ruwansu domin ni’ima ta musamman ko a sarrafa wani abin da ruwan, don samun dauwamamman jin dadin ma’aurata, kamar:
