Warin kashi ko warin jiiki, kamar yadda aka fi sani, wani abu ne da mutane ke fuskanta musamman a lokacin zafi. Abubuwa da dama ne ke kawo wannnan warin jikin, wanda ya hada da halittar mutum tun farko da kuma wani lokacin rashin gyaran jiki, kamar yadda ya kamata.

Idan muka dauki rashin gyaran jiki ya hada da rashin yin wanka sosai da kuma rashin yin amfani da turarurruka na shafawa da fesawa.


Wasu mutane ba sanin jikinsu yana fitar da irin wannan warin, don haka basu mayar da hankali wajen daukar matakin da ya kamata. Ko ma dai menene warin jiki yana cutar da duk wanda ka ke mu’amla da shi.
