The Nigeria information technology regulator, National Information and Technology Development Agency (NITDA), has offered to assist the military in upgrading her IT facilities.


Aspiring to become the first choice institute in acquiring defence and aerospace engineering knowledge, the commandant, Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) , Air Vice Marshal, C. N. Udeagulu , led an entourage on a working visit to the NITDA’s corporate head office, Abuja.

The delegation was at NITDA, to explore possible areas of collaboration to uplift the institute’s IT infrastructure to adhere to world-class standards.


In his response, the director -general of NITDA, Dr Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami, assured the military personnel of the agency’s full commitment in enhancing the security of the nation and also the deployment of NITDA’s ICT intervention project to the campus in order to create a more conducive learning environment.
